    What is the maximum allowed size for uploaded files?

    For unregistered users the maximum filesize is 512MB. Registered users get 1GB.

    How long do I have to wait before downloading a file?

    Unregistered users will have to wait for 10 seconds. Registered users only wait for 5.

    What are the maximum concurrent items I can upload?

    You can upload 5 files at the max at a time. Registered users can upload 10.

    What is the fastest speed I can download with?

    If you are not registered or logged in you will be able to download at a max of 500 KBPS. Registered users get to download at unlimited speeds (i.e. the speed BOTH your internet and our server can support)!

    How many files can I download at a time?

    Unregistered users can download only 1 file at a given time. Registered users can download 5.

    Can I resume broken downloads?

    Yes, but only if you register for an account. If you have a download accelerator software, you can use it for resuming and accelerating downloads.

    Can I delete my uploaded files?

    Sure you can! After your upload, you will get two links. The download-link, which you give to everyone you want, and a delete-link, which you keep for yourself. Just click on the delete-link and your file will be deleted immediately.

    Which download accelerators can I use?

    You may use any of the major accelerators, a few popular ones are: Speedget, Download Accelerator Plus, GetRight, FlashGet and GoZilla.

    I have registered for an account, Why is my download slow?

    Please make sure you have enabled cookies on your browser, since our system recognizes registered users this way. Also make sure you do not have software installed which blocks the sending of cookies. Some firewalls for example like to do this.

    Also, please check your internet connection to make sure your internet can support the speed.

    When will my files be deleted?

    If you upload without registering or logging in, your file will be deleted if not downloaded every 90 days.

    Registered user's files once uploaded will never be deleted unless you decide to do so.

    I think the file I was uploading stopped midway.

    On a rare occassion where the server might temporarily be down or restarted, an ongoing upload may get interrupted.

    Firstly, make sure that the upload has in fact stopped, by seeing if the number after status is still moving every few seconds. If this number does not change after a minute or so, the upload might have been interrupted.

    In such a situation, please refresh the page and upload again.

    Note: Unfortunetely on a rare occassion like this, the upload cannot be resumed. We are sorry for the inconvenience.

    My upload seems to be going on forever.

    There's a chance that the connection to the server has been reset. While this is rare please click here to look at the similar FAQ: 'I think the file I was uploading stopped midway.'

    File Status stays on 'Unknown' and is stuck on Initializing...

    This usually would happen if you tried to upload a file larger than you're allowed. Free users can upload files upto 512MB. Registered users can upload up to 1GB. Make sure this is okay.

    How do I sign up for an account?

    You can sign up for a free account on the sign up page. You need to choose a username and password that you will use to upload images to your account. We also require you to enter a valid email address when you join. We will send a confirmation email to this address with instructions on how to activate your account.

    Can I sign up for more than 1 account?

    Free accounts are limited to 1 (one) per individual. If we catch anyone abusing this limit, we may delete all their accounts without any notice.

    How do I access my account?

    Once you have signed up and confirmed your account, you can login to it on the login page. While logged in to your account you can upload a file and also browse the files you have already uploaded to get the urls required to download/delete the files.

    Help! I've forgotten my username or password.

    If you forget your login details for your account we can send a reminder to the email address you registered with us when you created your account. Just follow the instructions on the password reminder page.

    I created an account but never recieved a confirmation email, even after trying to resend activation.

    This can happen if your email address was from Hotmail or similar service providers. A few providers like Hotmail block emails from us. If this was the case contact us with your email and login info and we'll manually review and activate it.
